Efficiency of work at office is very much important. Doing efficient work is always appreciated. It develops confidence in you and improves the confidence day by day.
Efficiency can be gained only if you love to work. Doing much work in less time calculates your efficiency. It eliminates laziness. It gives you more power to work more.Loving to work gives you satisfaction, but going away from work will never fetch you anything, even the cheaper things in your life. If your input is more than what you get, that is, you don't get noticeable output from your work, you lose efficiency.
I have seen my colleagues in the office who spend ten hours per day without doing any evocative or innovative work. There are also some guys who prefer to come late and then go late, just to sum up the working hours to eight. Most of these guys are senior who are working in the company for the last couple of years without any substantial increase in the wages. I personally feel that these types of employees are never noticed by the management of the company. The reason is just because they don't do work efficiently. Therefore, working even if you stay late in the office without doing much noticeable work, you are at the same position where were you on the previous day. So this hampers your growth and development in the industry and of course in your life too.
Efficient work is that which is perfect and draws attention of your employer. Efficiency is the throughput which enables you to do more work in less time. So instead of staying late in office, if you complete your work in the scheduled business hours (eight hours) of the company , you will be more appreciated than what you would have done working twelve hours.Speed and accuracy is the key to your maximum efficiency in work.
